Recording Main Incoming Message on Panasonic Voice Mail

From any System Telephone

1.     Lift Handset.

2.     Dial 500 & wait for Voice Mail to answer.

3.     Enter #6*998 for “Message Manager” than enter password “1234”.

4.     Dial “5” to Modify the Message

5.     Dial “3” for Customer Service Message

6.     Follow the prompts to record Custom Service Message

7.     Enter “1” for Auto Attendant greeting.

·        There may be more than one recording. The typical application would be “1” for Daytime recording, “2” for Nighttime and possibly “3” as a directory listing of personnel.
