Be sure the handset is in the cradle and the SP-PHONE button is off.

Set the MEMORY switch of the proprietary telephone to “PROGRAM”.

  1. Dial (0).
  2. Enter the year (last 2 digits).
  3. Enter the month with 2 digits (01-12).
  4. Enter the day with 2 digits (01-31).
  5. Dial the day of the week (0-6).

0: Sunday

1: Monday

2: Tuesday

3: Wednesday

4: Thursday

5: Friday

6: Saturday

  1. Enter the hour with 2 digits (01-12).
  2. Enter the minute (00-59).
  3. Dial the “0” or “1”.

0: AM

1: PM

  1. Press the MEMORY button.

After setting, return the MEMORY switch to the “SET” position.
